Applicants applying for the B.Ed. Primary In-service program, make sure to select the December 2026 period. This program is offered primarily as an Online Modality but there will be face-to-face intensive training on campus.

Minimum GPA Requirements:

  • Agriculture, Building, Theology: GPA 2.4

  • Business: GPA 2.6

  • Education:

           – B.Ed. Early Childhood: GPA 2.8

           – B.Ed. Primary: GPA 2.8

           – B.Ed. Primary (In-service): GPA 2.2 from Diploma Transcript

Please ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following:

  • Valid Identification: Passport, NID, or Driver’s License (other IDs accepted if these are unavailable)

  • Birth Certificate (NID)

  • PNG HSC (Grade 12 Certificate)

  • PNG SC (Grade 10 Certificate)

  • Statement of Attainment / FODE Certificate (Only for applicants who completed matriculation programs such as DODL, Open Campus, CTCS, or FODE. Note: Only FODE is accepted for Education courses)

  • Medical Certificate

  • Accommodation Confirmation Letter (Married students only)

  • Character References (Online form)
    – Two referees required
    – One must be your church pastor
    – Referees will receive an email link to an online form, so please ensure they have valid email addresses

The B.Ed. Primary (In-service) program requires these documents:
  • Valid ID
  • Medical Certificate
  • Diploma Certificate – A copy of your award, either Diploma or Advanced Diploma
  • Diploma Transcript – A copy of your official awarded transcript
  • Latest Inspection Report
  • Endorsement Letter – A copy of an endorsement letter from employer or Local Mission Education Director
  • Employee Reference

All applicants must pay a non-refundable K30 application fee to the college’s official bank account.
