DORM SERVICES

DORM SERVICES

All students are given equal opportunities to the boarding facilities of the institution. The Administration anticipates that all students accepted for studies here board on campus. However, this may not be the case, because space may be limited. Therefore, changing of boarding to non-boarding status is not automatic.

Non Boarding or Day Students

a. NON-BOARDING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FORM will only be issued from the Deputy Principal’s Office.

b. Only genuine cases will be considered with the support of the respective Academic Departments (HODs Concern), the Chaplain, and the Business Office (Students Desk).

c. Only local students and those who relatives (parents) are working and those approve by the above will be allowed to be Day Students.

d. Those not meeting fee requirements will not be given the NONBOARDING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FORM, as the form should not be treated as a licence or authorisation for enrolment. Do all that is required of you before you enrol.

e. Students should be allowed on boarding status only after fees are paid and space is available in dormitories.

f. There are exceptions, eg. Students with low loading of two subjects or less in a semester automatically be required as a Day Students.

g. Any appeal by students be directed through the Administration Committee.

h. If and when non-boarding status is not granted student should plan to leave or withdraw.
