Advanced Diploma and Bachelor in Education (Primary & Early Childhood)
The department is committed to developing teachers holistically. It is hoped that the program will also enable students to be professionally competent and equipped with the knowledge of teaching ‘Faith based Lessons’ as patterned after the Master Teacher.
Bachelor Degree in Education (Primary)
The department is committed to offering a one year program that is relevant, practical and specific to the educational needs of the Adventist Church in Papua New Guinea and Islands of the Pacific. It accommodates the needs of other students who desire a Christian foundation for their Primary Education program of study. The program has been constructed to develop competent, reflective teachers and graduates are thus recolonized by the Teaching Service Commission of PNG as eligible to teach across the whole curriculum in national primary schools, grades 3 – 8.
